Perpetual Commercial Core License
Includes worldwide, non-exclusive use across website, email marketing, public relations, printed collateral (brochures, menus, lookbooks), and organic social media.

Paid Advertising & OOH
Paid performance ads (Meta Ads, Google Display) and Public Outdoor Advertising (Billboards, Transit, Airport Media) require a separate usage addendum.

Gillooley retains the right to use select images for self-promotion, such as portfolio, editorial features, and award submissions. Reasonable embargoes (such as product launches) are honored upon request.

50% due upon booking
Your deposit secures your date on the calendar and is non-refundable. This reserve ensures your production time is protected.

Commercial: Remaining 50% due 72 hours before the production date.
Weddings: Remaining 50% due one month before the wedding day.

Net 30 invoicing available for established retainer relationships.

All major methods of payment accepted.

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure any date. Dates are not held until both are received.

Commercial Policy:
14+ Days: No penalty
3 to 14 Days: 25% fee
Less than 72 Hours: 50% of production value forfeited

Safe Harbor Policy
If forecast conditions create unsafe environments or materially conflict with the agreed creative direction, we may reschedule at no additional fee, provided the mutual decision is made 24 hours prior.

Standard Commercial Delivery:
Selects Gallery: 5 to 7 business days after shoot
Final Assets: 5 business days after selections

Standard Grade: Global color and tone adjustments on all deliverables
Hero Retouching: Skin polish, localized adjustments, and distraction removal in addition to Standard Grade
Advanced: Complex manipulation (compositing, hard proof color matching, perspective retouching) is billed at an hourly rate

RAW digital files, film negatives, and slide film are not delivered or sold. Full resolution film scans are delivered as part of the Archival Film upgrade.

Usage in paid digital advertising (Meta, Google, programmatic) is licensed separately. Rates depend on duration, geography, and spend.

Billboard, transit, and large-format print advertising require an extended license. Contact for a custom quote.

Images may not be sublicensed or transferred to third parties without written consent. Co-branding and partnership usage is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
