Leadership Portraits
Executive photography for founders, C-suite, and leadership teams across San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
Portrait photography that reflects how leaders actually work. No stiff poses against gray backdrops. Environmental portraits in boardrooms, on factory floors, at standing desks. Wherever the work happens.
Seven years photographing executives at Apple, Amazon, and Meta taught me what works at scale: efficient sessions, consistent output, images that hold up across investor decks, press kits, and LinkedIn profiles alike.
Executive Headshots
Individual sessions for C-suite, board members, and senior leadership. On-location at your office or a controlled studio environment. Multiple backgrounds and crops delivered.
Team Portrait Days
Efficient scheduling for departments or entire companies. Consistent lighting and style across all subjects. Ideal for website refreshes and annual reports.
Environmental Portraits
Leadership captured in context. Labs, production lines, corner offices. Editorial approach for press features and investor materials.
Personal Branding
Portrait sessions for founders, consultants, and professionals building their public presence. Multiple looks and environments in a single session.

The Approach
Most executive portrait sessions last fifteen minutes and produce one usable frame. The subject is uncomfortable, the photographer is rushing, and the result looks like it. A stiff expression against a pull-down backdrop, repeated across every page of the company website.
I shoot portraits the way I shoot editorial assignments. The session starts with five minutes of conversation, not posing. I watch how someone holds themselves when they are talking about something they care about, and I photograph that. The difference shows up in the final image: a person who looks like they belong where they are, not like they were placed there.
Seven years inside Apple, Amazon, and Meta taught me how to run portrait sessions at enterprise scale. Forty people in a day, each one getting a session that feels personal while staying inside a fifteen-minute window. The lighting setup is consistent. The tonal standard is locked. A portrait from the first session matches one from the last. That operational discipline is what makes team portrait days work for companies with large headcount and tight schedules.
